It was a pleasure working with Leslie Reeder on the purchase of our home. We had a lot of difficulties working with the seller of the property due to the fact that the property was being sold "As Is." With many things not completed with the house, our bank would not loan on it unless the sellers agreed to complete the work prior to closing. Leslie closed the deal! She managed to get the sellers to agree to complete the necessary work in order to make this sale happen. We ended up closing on time and have enjoyed our home ever since.
